1、準確度高; 英國出現了一種適(shi)合于安(an)裝在(zai)240伏-600安(an)變電站主(zhu)線上的(de)(de)(de)電流傳感器,這(zhe)種傳感器對(dui)(dui)變電站的(de)(de)(de)電力輸出進行監控,可以減(jian)少地方電網故障(zhang)所造(zao)成的(de)(de)(de)停(ting)電時間(jian)。電流傳感器可以對(dui)(dui)供電電纜(lan)(lan)進行電流監控,若(ruo)是電纜(lan)(lan)出線超負(fu)荷(he),這(zhe)些電流傳感器可將(jiang)一部分負(fu)荷(he)轉移到其他相(xiang)中,或者是新鋪設(she)的(de)(de)(de)電纜(lan)(lan)中,保護電纜(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)使用和運行。

  基于智(zhi)能電(dian)(dian)網的(de)光纖電(dian)(dian)流傳感器,新型(xing)光纖電(dian)(dian)流傳感器就是智(zhi)能電(dian)(dian)網快(kuai)速(su)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)科技產物。我國推出了(le)XDGDL-1光纖電(dian)(dian)流傳感系統,實現了(le)管線電(dian)(dian)流傳感系統的(de)全(quan)數字閉(bi)環控(kong)制(zhi),具有穩定性和線性度(du)好(hao)、靈敏度(du)高(gao)等特點,滿足了(le)大量程(cheng)范圍的(de)高(gao)精度(du)測量要求。
  同時,該系統開發了一(yi)(yi)種可(ke)現場繞制(zhi)的伸縮結構,安裝方便,可(ke)避(bi)免(mian)雜散磁場的干擾,母線偏心的測量誤差小于(yu)正負(fu)0.1%,實現了一(yi)(yi)種高精度信(xin)號(hao)轉換方案(an),為整流器控(kong)制(zhi)設(she)備提供高精度模擬(ni)信(xin)號(hao)和標準數字通信(xin)接口(kou)。

兩(liang)(liang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)制是(shi)(shi)(shi)指現場(chang)變(bian)送(song)器與(yu)控制室(shi)儀表僅用兩(liang)(liang)根(gen)(gen)(gen)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),這兩(liang)(liang)根(gen)(gen)(gen)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)既是(shi)(shi)(shi)電源線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),又是(shi)(shi)(shi)信號(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)。兩(liang)(liang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)制與(yu)三線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)制 (一(yi)(yi)根(gen)(gen)(gen)正(zheng)電源線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),兩(liang)(liang)根(gen)(gen)(gen)信號(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),其(qi)中(zhong)一(yi)(yi)根(gen)(gen)(gen)共GND) 和四線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)制(兩(liang)(liang)根(gen)(gen)(gen)正(zheng)負電源線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),兩(liang)(liang)根(gen)(gen)(gen)信號(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),其(qi)中(zhong)一(yi)(yi)根(gen)(gen)(gen)GND)相(xiang)比(bi),兩(liang)(liang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)制的優點是(shi)(shi)(shi):

1、不易受寄生(sheng)熱(re)電(dian)偶和(he)(he)沿電(dian)線電(dian)阻壓降和(he)(he)溫漂的(de)影響,可(ke)用(yong)非常(chang)便宜的(de)更細的(de)導線;可(ke)節(jie)省(sheng)大量(liang)電(dian)纜(lan)線和(he)(he)安裝(zhuang)費用(yong);

2、在電流源(yuan)輸出電阻足夠大時,經磁場耦合感應到導線(xian)(xian)環路內的電壓,不會產生顯著影響,因為干(gan)擾(rao)源(yuan)引起的電流極小,一般利用雙絞線(xian)(xian)就能降低(di)干(gan)擾(rao);兩線(xian)(xian)制與(yu)三(san)線(xian)(xian)制必須(xu)用屏蔽線(xian)(xian),屏蔽線(xian)(xian)的屏蔽層要妥善接(jie)地。

3、電容(rong)性干擾(rao)會導(dao)致(zhi)接(jie)收(shou)器(qi)電阻(zu)有關誤差,對于4~20mA兩線(xian)制環路,接(jie)收(shou)器(qi)電阻(zu)通(tong)常為250Ω(取樣Uout=1~5V)這(zhe)個電阻(zu)小到不足以產生顯著誤差,因此,可以允許的電線(xian)長(chang)度(du)比電壓遙測系(xi)統更長(chang)更遠;

4、各(ge)個單臺(tai)示讀裝置(zhi)或記錄裝置(zhi)可以在(zai)電(dian)(dian)線(xian)長度不(bu)等的不(bu)同(tong)通道間(jian)進行(xing)換(huan)接,不(bu)因電(dian)(dian)線(xian)長度的不(bu)等而造(zao)成精度的差(cha)異,實(shi)現分散(san)(san)采(cai)集,分散(san)(san)式采(cai)集的好處(chu)就是:分散(san)(san)采(cai)集,集中(zhong)控制....

5、將4mA用于零電(dian)平,使(shi)判斷開路與短路或傳感器(qi)損壞(0mA狀態)十分方便(bian)。

6,在兩線輸出口非常(chang)容(rong)易增(zeng)設一兩只防雷(lei)(lei)防浪涌(yong)器(qi)件,有利(li)于(yu)安全防雷(lei)(lei)防爆(bao)。

在使(shi)用時要(yao)(yao)安裝在現場設備的動(dong)(dong)力(li)線上,從(cong)國(guo)外的行業(ye)動(dong)(dong)態及變送(song)器(qi)心片(pian)供求量(liang)即可(ke)略(lve)知一斑(ban),如果(guo)系統(tong)是在環境較為惡劣的工(gong)業(ye)現場長(chang)期使(shi)用,因此需考(kao)慮硬件(jian)系統(tong)工(gong)作的安全性和(he)可(ke)靠性,根據需要(yao)(yao)還可(ke)將模擬量(liang)變換為數字(zi)量(liang)。傳(chuan)感器(qi)和(he)變送(song)器(qi)一同(tong)構成自動(dong)(dong)控(kong)制的監(jian)測信號(hao)源(yuan)。不同(tong)的物(wu)理量(liang)需要(yao)(yao)不同(tong)的傳(chuan)感器(qi)和(he)相應(ying)的變送(song)器(qi)。

電(dian)(dian)流變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的(de)(de)模(mo)(mo)塊實現了無源(yuan)交流隔離傳感器(qi)信號變(bian)換為兩(liang)根連接線(xian)路(lu)發送(song)的(de)(de)呈線(xian)性(xing)比例的(de)(de)環路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流,二(er)線(xian)制變(bian)送(song)器(qi)是輔(fu)助(zhu)工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)(de)+24V端(duan)接變(bian)送(song)器(qi)正端(duan),電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)負端(duan)通過采(cai)樣電(dian)(dian)阻或(huo)電(dian)(dian)流表(biao)接變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的(de)(de)負端(duan)。模(mo)(mo)擬地與(yu)數字地相互分開,這(zhe)樣可(ke)提高系統(tong)工(gong)作的(de)(de)安全性(xing)。不易受寄(ji)生熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶和(he)沿電(dian)(dian)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)阻壓(ya)降和(he)溫漂的(de)(de)影響,可(ke)用非常便宜的(de)(de)更(geng)細的(de)(de)導線(xian)。

電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)變送器(qi)(qi)在單片(pian)(pian)機(ji)控制的(de)許多應用(yong)場合,都要(yao)使用(yong)變送器(qi)(qi)來將單片(pian)(pian)機(ji)不能直(zhi)接(jie)測(ce)量的(de)信號(hao)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)成(cheng)單片(pian)(pian)機(ji)可以處理的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)模擬信號(hao),如電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)變送器(qi)(qi),壓(ya)(ya)力變送器(qi)(qi)、溫度變送器(qi)(qi)、流(liu)(liu)量變送器(qi)(qi)等(deng)。早期的(de)變送器(qi)(qi)大多為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出型(xing),即將測(ce)量信號(hao)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)為(wei)0-5V電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出,這是運放直(zhi)接(jie)輸出,信號(hao)功率<0.05W,通過模擬/數(shu)字轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)數(shu)字信號(hao)供單片(pian)(pian)機(ji)讀取、控制。
