變差(cha)是指儀(yi)表被(bei)測變量(可理(li)解為輸入信號)多次從不(bu)同方向(xiang)達到同一數(shu)值時,儀(yi)表指示值之(zhi)間的(de)大差(cha)值,或者說是儀(yi)表在(zai)外界條(tiao)件不(bu)變的(de)情況下,被(bei)測參(can)數(shu)由(you)小(xiao)(xiao)到大變化(hua)(正向(xiang)特性)和被(bei)測參(can)數(shu)由(you)大到小(xiao)(xiao)變化(hua)(反向(xiang)特性)不(bu)一致的(de)程(cheng)度,兩(liang)者之(zhi)差(cha)即為儀(yi)表變差(cha)。
3、靈敏度
靈(ling)敏度(du)是(shi)指(zhi)儀(yi)表(biao)對被(bei)測(ce)參(can)數變(bian)化(hua)的(de)靈(ling)敏程(cheng)度(du),或(huo)者說(shuo)是(shi)對被(bei)測(ce)的(de)量(liang)(liang)變(bian)化(hua)的(de)反應能力,是(shi)在穩態下,輸(shu)出(chu)變(bian)化(hua)增(zeng)量(liang)(liang)對輸(shu)入(ru)變(bian)化(hua)增(zeng)量(liang)(liang)的(de)比值:靈(ling)敏度(du)有時(shi)也稱“放大(da)比”,也是(shi)儀(yi)表(biao)靜特性貼切線(xian)上(shang)各點的(de)斜(xie)率。增(zeng)加(jia)放大(da)倍(bei)數可以提(ti)高儀(yi)表(biao)靈(ling)敏度(du),單純加(jia)大(da)靈(ling)敏度(du)并不改變(bian)儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)基本性能,即儀(yi)表(biao)精度(du)并沒有提(ti)高,相反有時(shi)會(hui)出(chu)現(xian)振(zhen)蕩現(xian)象(xiang),造成輸(shu)出(chu)不穩定。儀(yi)表(biao)靈(ling)敏度(du)應保持適當的(de)量(liang)(liang)。

1、精(jing)確度(du)
儀表精確(que)度(du)(du)科(ke)稱精度(du)(du),又稱準(zhun)確(que)度(du)(du)。精確(que)度(du)(du)和(he)誤(wu)差可以說是孿生兄弟(di),因(yin)為有誤(wu)差的(de)存在,才有精確(que)度(du)(du)這個概(gai)念。儀表精確(que)度(du)(du)簡言(yan)之就(jiu)是儀表測量值(zhi)(zhi)接近真(zhen)值(zhi)(zhi)的(de)準(zhun)確(que)程度(du)(du),通常用相對百分(fen)誤(wu)差(也稱相對折合(he)誤(wu)差)表示。
2、變差(cha)
變(bian)差(cha)是(shi)指儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)被測變(bian)量(可理解為(wei)輸(shu)入信號)多次從(cong)不同(tong)方向達到(dao)同(tong)一數(shu)值(zhi)時,儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)指示(shi)值(zhi)之(zhi)(zhi)間的大差(cha)值(zhi),或者說(shuo)是(shi)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)在外界條件(jian)不變(bian)的情況下,被測參數(shu)由小(xiao)到(dao)大變(bian)化(hua)(正向特性)和被測參數(shu)由大到(dao)小(xiao)變(bian)化(hua)(反向特性)不一致的程(cheng)度,兩者之(zhi)(zhi)差(cha)即為(wei)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)變(bian)差(cha)。
3、靈敏度
靈(ling)(ling)敏(min)度(du)是指儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)對(dui)被測參數變化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)靈(ling)(ling)敏(min)程度(du),或者(zhe)說是對(dui)被測的(de)(de)量(liang)(liang)變化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)反應能(neng)力,是在穩(wen)態下,輸出變化(hua)(hua)增量(liang)(liang)對(dui)輸入變化(hua)(hua)增量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)比(bi)值(zhi):靈(ling)(ling)敏(min)度(du)有(you)時也(ye)稱“放大(da)比(bi)”,也(ye)是儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)靜特性貼(tie)切(qie)線上(shang)各點的(de)(de)斜率。增加放大(da)倍數可以提高儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)靈(ling)(ling)敏(min)度(du),單純加大(da)靈(ling)(ling)敏(min)度(du)并不(bu)改變儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)基本性能(neng),即儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)精度(du)并沒有(you)提高,相(xiang)反有(you)時會出現(xian)振(zhen)蕩現(xian)象,造(zao)成(cheng)輸出不(bu)穩(wen)定。儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)靈(ling)(ling)敏(min)度(du)應保持適(shi)當(dang)的(de)(de)量(liang)(liang)。
