編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)(encoder)是(shi)將信(xin)號(hao)(如比特(te)流)或(huo)(huo)數(shu)(shu)據編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)制(zhi)、轉換為可用以(yi)(yi)(yi)通訊、傳輸和(he)(he)(he)存儲之形式(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)備(bei)。編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)把(ba)角位(wei)(wei)移(yi)或(huo)(huo)直線位(wei)(wei)移(yi)轉換成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(hao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)。前者稱(cheng)為碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)盤,后者稱(cheng)為碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)尺。按(an)照讀(du)出(chu)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)可以(yi)(yi)(yi)分(fen)(fen)為接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)式(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)(he)非(fei)接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)式(shi)(shi)(shi)兩(liang)種;編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)產(chan)(chan)生電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(hao)后由數(shu)(shu)控制(zhi)置(zhi)(zhi)CNC、可編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)程(cheng)邏輯控制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)PLC、控制(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)等來(lai)(lai)處理。這(zhe)(zhe)些(xie)傳感器(qi)(qi)主(zhu)要應用在下列方(fang)(fang)面:機床、材料加(jia)工(gong)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)動機反饋(kui)系統(tong)(tong)以(yi)(yi)(yi)及測(ce)量(liang)(liang)和(he)(he)(he)控制(zhi)設(she)備(bei)。在ELTRA編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)中角位(wei)(wei)移(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)轉換采用了光電(dian)(dian)(dian)掃描原理。讀(du)數(shu)(shu)系統(tong)(tong)是(shi)基于徑向(xiang)分(fen)(fen)度(du)盤的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)旋(xuan)轉,該分(fen)(fen)度(du)由交(jiao)替的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)透(tou)光窗口和(he)(he)(he)不(bu)透(tou)光窗口構成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。此(ci)系統(tong)(tong)全部(bu)用一(yi)個紅外光源(yuan)垂直照射,增(zeng)量(liang)(liang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)將位(wei)(wei)移(yi)轉換成(cheng)(cheng)周期性的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(hao),再把(ba)這(zhe)(zhe)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(hao)轉變成(cheng)(cheng)計(ji)數(shu)(shu)脈沖(chong)(chong),用脈沖(chong)(chong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)個數(shu)(shu)表示(shi)位(wei)(wei)移(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大小(xiao)。編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)每一(yi)個位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)對應一(yi)個確(que)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)字碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma),因此(ci)它的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)示(shi)值只(zhi)與(yu)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)起始和(he)(he)(he)終止(zhi)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)有(you)關,而與(yu)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中間過(guo)程(cheng)無關。旋(xuan)轉增(zeng)量(liang)(liang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)轉動時(shi)(shi)輸出(chu)脈沖(chong)(chong),通過(guo)計(ji)數(shu)(shu)設(she)備(bei)來(lai)(lai)知道其(qi)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),當編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)不(bu)動或(huo)(huo)停(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi),依靠計(ji)數(shu)(shu)設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內部(bu)記(ji)(ji)憶來(lai)(lai)記(ji)(ji)住位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)。這(zhe)(zhe)樣(yang),當停(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)后,編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)不(bu)能有(you)任何的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)移(yi)動,當來(lai)(lai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)作時(shi)(shi),編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)輸出(chu)脈沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)程(cheng)中,也不(bu)能有(you)干擾(rao)而丟失脈沖(chong)(chong),不(bu)然(ran),計(ji)數(shu)(shu)設(she)備(bei)記(ji)(ji)憶的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)零(ling)點就會偏(pian)移(yi),而且這(zhe)(zhe)種偏(pian)移(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)量(liang)(liang)是(shi)無從知道的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),只(zhi)有(you)錯誤的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生產(chan)(chan)結果出(chu)現(xian)后才能知道。解決的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)法是(shi)增(zeng)加(jia)參考(kao)(kao)點,編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)每經過(guo)參考(kao)(kao)點,將參考(kao)(kao)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)修(xiu)正進(jin)計(ji)數(shu)(shu)設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)記(ji)(ji)憶位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)。在參考(kao)(kao)點以(yi)(yi)(yi)前,是(shi)不(bu)能保證位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)準確(que)性的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。為此(ci),在工(gong)控中就有(you)每次操(cao)作先找參考(kao)(kao)點,開(kai)機找零(ling)等方(fang)(fang)法。這(zhe)(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)由碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)盤的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)機械位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)決定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),它不(bu)受(shou)停(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、干擾(rao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響。編(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)碼(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)(ma)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)把(ba)角位(wei)(wei)移(yi)或(huo)(huo)直線位(wei)(wei)移(yi)轉換成(cheng)(cheng
